Postal orders are dispatched as early as possible to ensure timely arrival.

Your dress will arrive with a pre-filled return satchel. Simply repack the dress, fill in your details as the sender, and lodge it at an AusPost office.

Where applicable, the bond is refunded within 72 business hours after the dress is returned on time and in its original condition. Fees for late returns, damage, excessive stains or strong odours may be deducted from the bond. For hires without a bond, applicable fees may be charged to the card on file.
